Terms of Use

These terms cover use of Greenville Golden Bows and every order you place with Greenville Golden Bows LLC. They include our terms of sale and returns policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the site or place an order.

We sell handmade dog bow ties, sailor bows, and headbands from a home studio in Greenville, South Carolina. We ship to addresses in the United States only.

You may check out as a guest or create an account. You are responsible for keeping your password private. We may close an account that is used in a way that harms the shop or other customers.

Prices are in US dollars. A $6 standard shipping charge and 6% South Carolina sales tax are added at checkout. Placing an order is an offer to buy; we accept it when payment is captured and we confirm the order by email.

Payment is processed by Stripe. Card details are entered on our checkout page and sent to Stripe. We do not store the full card number.

Handmade pieces can vary slightly in stitch, cut, or print placement. Photos are a guide, not a guarantee that every bow will match a screen exactly.

We pack orders at the studio and drop them at USPS. Typical transit is 2–5 business days after we ship, not including the time we spend sewing and packing. We will mark the order shipped in our system when the parcel is on its way. Tracking is added when we have it.

These are handmade accessories. Please write to us before you send anything back.

• If a bow arrives damaged or we sent the wrong item, email support@gvlgoldenbows.com with your order number and a photo. We will replace it or refund you, including shipping, if the mistake was ours.
• If a size or print is not right and the piece is unused and unwashed, contact us within 14 days of delivery. We will usually offer an exchange for another in-stock bow. Return shipping is yours unless we agree otherwise.
• Worn, soiled, or altered pieces cannot be returned. Custom requests are final sale unless we made an error.

Original shipping is refunded only when we shipped the wrong item or the piece was damaged in transit.

You may not copy the site, scrape it, or use it to send junk mail. Product photos and copy belong to Greenville Golden Bows LLC.

Bows are pet accessories. Supervise your dog. To the fullest extent allowed by law, we are not liable for indirect or incidental damages, and our total liability for an order is limited to the amount you paid for that order.

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of South Carolina, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. If a court finds one part unenforceable, the rest still applies.
